Twinkle (星菓) is an independent VTuber from Taiwan. As a stardust fairy who fell to earth, she brings viewers into the heart of Japanese festivals and Taiwanese folk traditions under the theme "one star, one journey, one cup of sake" — from ticket-buying guides for the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival in Niigata, to her first-hand experience of crawling under the palanquin during the Baishatun Mazu pilgrimage.

She is the first VTuber from Taiwan to earn Silver certification in the Niigata Sake Expert Examination, and Tourism Ambassador of Nagaoka City, Niigata, making Japanese sake culture approachable and fun through real expertise.
